Kangaroo care

Dad and Mckenna doing kangaroo care-- Ever since the babies were a couple weeks old, the doctors wanted us to do kangaroo care. They lean us back in a recliner and place the baby carefully directly on the chest/neck of mom or dad. The skin to skin contact helps with the development of the babies, because they feel the heartbeat of their parents. It's so fun, but it's a bit nerve-racking because you're supposed to stay extremely still so you don't bump their ventilator tubes. Mckenna is only allowed to do it when she's feeling well, but Connor can pretty much do it any time.
